I’m glad I made an appointment rather than going to one of the first come first serve pharmacies that are offering the shots. When I got to Walgreen’s they were turning people away because they were out of doses except for the ones reserved for people who made appointments.

Keep in mind that flu is contagious even before symptoms show if you feel sick do your co-workers a favor and stay home. I imagine many offices are like mine; once one person gets sick everyone gets it eventually.

Sometimes I get sick in the fall and winter, but I’m often not sure if it’s actually flu. I decided to go to the CDC website to see what I should look out for.
